The Montenegro Government presented Berlin Process 2026 Agenda

At a press conference launching Montenegro’s chairmanship of the Berlin Process, speakers including Milica Perišić, Peter Felten, Dawn McKen, and Johann Sattler emphasised that the initiative continues to bring the Western Balkans closer to the European Union through strengthened regional cooperation and tangible benefits for citizens. Montenegro outlined an ambitious agenda of 25 events, including 12 ministerial meetings culminating in the Leaders’ Summit, alongside a focus on concrete, measurable results and reforms supporting EU accession. The chairmanship—framed under the motto “Region in Motion. Owning the Change.”—positions Montenegro as a proactive regional leader, committed to advancing cooperation, sustaining reform momentum, and delivering visible progress for its citizens and the wider region.
